The group classes allow you to move at your own pace towards your individual goals. You will be guided to your own inner strength and peace within while centering your mind and connecting to your body. Private lessons offer the same techniques as group classes, but they give you the opportunity for individual assistance to take you deeper into your practice and focus on what you are interested in learning. Both private individual or small group lessons as well as group classes for companies (“Good morning Yoga” or “After Work Yoga”) are available.

Motǐ Yoga offers both group and private instruction in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. It focuses on working with practitioners who recently decided to start their journey with yoga or are wishing for themselves to come back to their previous practice.

"Afterwork Yoga" Class
Online Participation possible
Do you spend a lot of hours during your day sitting? Do you experience stress at work, stiffness in your back or even changes in your posture? Then this class will help you to change it. It’s a beginner's class and no prior experience is required – only openness and delight in movement.
Saturdays 11:00 - 12:15
"I hate Yoga" Class
Are you feeling sick just thinking about stretching and yoga? But on the other hand you wished to feel stronger, more flexible and take care of your body? Then this class is for you! We will start from the scratch, go together through the asanas in a way your body is going to love and will thank you for it. Try it out and maybe you will start to enjoy it secretly.
Saturdays 12:30 - 13:45
"Yoga for Dancers” Class
This class is dedicated to dancers of all levels. We will dive into the world of yoga to support you in your further physical and emotional development as a dancer. During the class we will focus on a specific group of exercises that you can later on integrate into your own warm-up and stretching repertoire before and after your training routine.
All yoga props will be provided, feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
