The group classes allow you to move at your own pace towards your individual goals. You will be guided to your own inner strength and peace within while centering your mind and connecting to your body. Begin your journey into the light of your own being, health, and happiness RIGHT NOW!! Please check our schedule for more specific information below.
Private lessons offer the same techniques as group classes, but they give you the opportunity for individual assistance to take you deeper into your practice and focus on what you are interested in learning. Both private individual or small group lessons as well as group classes for companies (“Good morning Yoga” or “After Work Yoga”) are available.

Motǐ Yoga offers both group and private instruction in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. It focuses on working with practitioners who recently decided to start their journey with yoga or are wishing for themselves to come back to their previous practice.

"Relaxing Yoga at Home" Online Class
Not only can stretching help increase your flexibility and improve your posture, but it can also help you calm your mind, reduce stress, increase your range of motion, and much more. Join our class and find it out for yourself. We start from scratch, go together through the asanas in a way your body is going to love and will thank you for it. It’s a perfect class to learn and start your own practice at home.
Thursdays, 18:30 - 19:30
"After Work Yoga" Online Class
Whether you’ve been sitting or standing on your feet for many hours, this class will be a great way to open, loosen the body after a long day of work and recharge your energy before the weekend. It’s a beginner's class, no prior experience is required – only openness and delight in movement. Just prepare comfortable clothes, a towel, some candles if you like and meet me on your yoga mat online!
For the in-person classes: all yoga props will be provided in the studio, feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
